Body Motion is an exercise program designed to help participants reclaim flexibility and the variety of movement and strength that help make living more pleasurable. It is a motivating, pain-free physical fit-ness class for adults. Both men and women find it fun, encouraging, and refreshing for the body and mind, as well as comfortably challenging.
