Key partners located on-site at Mill Race Center include Just Friends Adult Day Services and Columbus Regional Hospital Rehab and Wellness ProgramsColumbus Parks and Recreation Department provides landscaping and outside maintenance service to the facility.  The Elwood-Senior Staffing partnership links the long time senior employment service, Senior Products, with Elwood Staffing, Inc., the largest private staffing business in Indiana. Those age 50 plus interested in part-time, temporary or full-time employment may register with Elwood-Senior Staffing .

Thrive Alliance partners in providing nutrition programs, and access to the Aging and Disability Resource Center. Ivy Tech Columbus and IUPUC partner in developing a variety of educational programs, and helping to identify opportunities for student internships, practica, and other experiential learning.

ColumBUS operates a transit center and transfer hub located near the entrance to the parking lot, making access to Mill Race Center convenient for senior bus riders.

A number of other community partners work with Mill Race Center Inc. to develop the Partners in Education program, as well as health, recreational and other program offerings.
